La forma en que nos hablamos a nosotros mismos y a los dem\u00e1s puede influir significativamente en nuestra capacidad para enfrentar y superar la adversidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lenguaje Positivo y Resiliencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Las investigaciones han demostrado que utilizar un lenguaje positivo puede fortalecer nuestra resiliencia emocional.
